The user is responsible for providing accurate booking details, including pickup and drop-off points, date and time, flight information where relevant, passenger count, luggage details, and any special requirements.

4. Changes and cancellation

Booking changes and cancellations are subject to service conditions, timing, route specifics, and partner rules. Additional charges may apply if the user changes confirmed trip details after assignment.

5. Pricing and payment

The final price is confirmed by Riderra at the time of booking or confirmation. Prices may depend on route, class of vehicle, extras, waiting time, and local conditions. Payment terms may vary by customer segment and contract.

6. Liability

Riderra uses reasonable efforts to organize the requested service but is not liable for delays, changes, or failures caused by incorrect customer data, force majeure, airport disruptions, third-party actions, or conditions beyond reasonable control.

7. Data and communication

By using the service, the user agrees that Riderra may process booking-related data and contact the user regarding the booking, operational clarifications, support, and service updates.
